PARTICULARS

TOWN OF CARNARVON

Particular attention is drawn to Lots 1 and 2 which are situate in one of the best positions in Carnarvon. They have an extensive frontage to the North Road - the main approach to the Town - and are close to the Railway Station and two of the principal Hotels. These Lots are admirably adapted for the erection of a Public Building, Business Premises, Cinema, etc.

NOTE: Lots 1 and 2 (Area: about 2,053 sq. yds. Frontage, 162ft.), will, in the first instance be offered as one Lot, and if not so sold will be offered separately.

The vendors are also annual tenants of the strip of land coloured yellow on the plan hereto annexed under an Agreement dated the 19th day of October, 1897, and made between the London & North Western Railway Co. of the one part, and the late Lloyd W.
