To the mayor & Bailiffs of the Borough of Carnarvon, Whereas Several Encroachments in the town of habitants are made by Several Person, to the nuisance of the Said Borough. Likewise Several other proper regulations is much wanted to be let forth, for the Benefit of the Said Corporation and Inhabitants thereof -
