PRESENTMENT OF NUISANCES 1821
Borough of Carnarvon to wit:
View of Frank pledge there holden the 6th day of November in the second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Fourth by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and in the year of our Lord 1821. Before Owen Anthony Poole Esquire Steward thereof.

The Jurors aforesaid upon their Oaths present that a certain Common Highway in this Borough called Northern Penralt Street is and from time whereof the Memory of Man is not to the Contrary has been a Common High way and that Richard Griffith late of Carnarvon afrd. deceased did in his life time erect and place and Rowland Griffith of Carnarvon aforesaid hath continued a certain Stone Step in the said Common Highway adjoining his Dwelling House in the said Street which encroached upon the said Common Highway in that Street to the nuisance of all the Kings Subjects.
Therefore it is Ordered that the said Rowland Griffith do remove and abate the said Erection and nuisance and restore the said Kings Common Highway to the State it was in before the said Erection was made on or before the 6th day of December next under the Penalty of 39/11
