Enclosed: LETTER (26 Dec. 1846): Griffith Jones, Yoke House, to Lord Newborough re the above mortgage. The houses are now in the possession of the landlord. Attached: NOTE that the original Lease was dated 1 July 1864 and granted to John Griffith, Caernarfon, watchmaker, who assigned to John Evans,, Ffestiniog; John Evans mortgaged the premises to the N[orth] D[enbighshire] Society, who consent to Evan’s administratrix selling to Robert Davies and Davies wants a consent to mortgage from the same Society.
